USB Cables

Arranged into four groups, our comprehensive range offers USB 2.0, USB 3.0 and USB 3.1 peripheral cabling and extension sets. The traditional "Type A connector is common to both the USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 standard, representing the "host connection type. Whereas the "Type B connector is the most commonly used peripheral input typically found on desktop devices such as printers or scanners. The introduction of USB 3.0 gave rise to the development of a "Type B variant as the common USB 3.0 peripheral connection and for mobile technology the smaller "Mini B and "Micro B interfaces are typically used.

Launched with the new 3.1 standard is the "Type-C" which represents the first universal connector in the USB family. This is used for both peripheral and host interface connections and can be connected in any orientation.
