Applying for a credit account with Videk

We have made the process quick and easy.

Our account application form and terms and conditions can be accessed using the buttons below. If you would like to apply for a credit account, please add the required information to our application form and e-mail it to sales@videk.co.uk. Our dedicated team are available to help with any questions.

What happens once I submit a credit application?
Once submitted, our sales team will review your application to ensure information needed to process your application is included. Your application will then be reviewed by our accounts team and your account created, subject to status. Our sales team will ensure you are updated every step of the way.
How long does will it take for my application to be reviewed?
We aim to review and process all applications on the same business day they are submitted. Please speak with our sales team if your application is urgent and they will help progress the application.
What payment terms does Videk offer?
Subject to status, Videk offer credit account facilities on a 30 days EOM basis, allowing the flexibility of being invoiced for goods and paying at the end of the month.
What happens if my application is unsuccessful?
Should we be unable to offer you a 30 day credit account, our sales team will discuss alternative payment options. The price you pay and our service you is unaffected.
