Placing orders with Videk

We want to make ordering from us quick, easy and simple.

Detailed below are the different ways to order from Videk and the available delivery and payment options. Our dedicated team are available to help with any questions, on the phone, by e-mail or through LiveChat.

Online ordering

The easiest way to order from Videk is through our website which includes a suite of tools to manage your purchasing and order history.

Browse our range of products using the menu or use our search tool to find what you need. Once you have arrived at a product page, simply enter the quantity needed and click ‘add to basket’. You will be able to adjust quantities from within your shopping basket if necessary.

To view your shopping basket and complete your order, click the basket icon at the top of the page and proceed to secure checkout.

When will my online order be shipped?
We aim to despatch every online order placed within business hours on the same day it is received, subject to stock availability. Orders placed outside of business hours will be despatched on the following working day.
Will I receive order confirmation for my online order?
Yes, every order placed online will be acknowledged and checked by a member of our dedicated team. We will confirm stock availability for you and assist with any special delivery requirements.
Will I be able to track my order online?
We use a network of reliable couriers and once your order is despatched you will receive tracking details to monitor delivery online. Our dedicated team is also available to assist with any queries.
Will I receive a VAT reciept for my online order?
Once your order is completed on our system we automatically generate a VAT invoice as receipt which will be e-mailed for your records.
Visit "My Account" to access your online order history or get help from your dedicated account manager.

When is the sales team available to help with placing an order?
Our dedicated team are available Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 6.00pm each day.
Can I order goods using our formal purchase ordering system?
Many businesses use formal purchase ordering systems and we are able to comply with any requirements your organisation has for placing orders this way. Simply e-mail or post a copy to our sales team for processing.
Will I receive confirmation of an order placed offline?
Yes, our sales team will check your order once received and confirm stock availability for you as well as shipping details.
Will I receive a VAT reciept for my order?
Once your order is completed on our system, we automatically generate a VAT invoice as receipt which will be e-mailed for your records.

Ordering in person at our trade counter

You can visit our tradecounter to order and collect goods in person. There are excellent road and rail links to the local area and we have plenty of free, on site parking available.

For peace of mind, we recommend that you contact our sales team ahead of your visit to check stock availability.

What are your trade counter opening times?
Our experienced sales team are available between 8.30am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Do you accept cash as payment at the tradecounter?
We can accept payment by credit or debit card and through contactless payment. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment by cash or cheque.
What happens if an item I want is not in stock?
We hold large volumes of stock of all core product lines but there may be occasions when what you need is not available at the tradecounter. Our sales team will discuss available alternatives or onward delivery of what you need to your business instead.
Will I receive a VAT reciept for my order?
Once your order is completed on our system we automatically generate a VAT invoice as receipt which will be e-mailed for your records.

Delivery options

We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs with free standard next day included for orders over £50.00 (goods value ex VAT), shipping to UK mainland addresses. Some restrictions may apply.

We recommend ordering before 4pm to ensure shipment the same day and if you have any special delivery requirements, our dedicated team is here to help.

Small Packages: (up to 1Kg)1st Class Post £5.95

Next Day Carrier: (up to 25Kg) £9.95

Next Day Carrier by 12pm: £19.50

Same Day, Saturday AM and International Carrier: POA
