The role of your dedicated account manager is to understand the unique needs and goals of your business. By knowing your priorities they can recommend solutions that align with your goals and deliver value into the future. Creating efficiencies, delivering savings and coordinating deliveries to assist with the smooth operation of your business.
Can I get help with finding the right solution for an install?
We offer a comprehensive range of solutions for Networking, Audio & Video, Power, and Connectivity. Our sales team undergoes continual training and can help with product information, demonstrations and even custom assembly when a tailored solution is required. Ensuring they can assist customers in finding the right solutions for their business.
Can Videk help with stock managment and delivery scheduling?
To ensure our customers meet their project deadlines we maintain large volumes of stock and can help with stock management for regular requirements. Providing peace of mind, this allows our customers to secure stock availability for when it is needed without having to purchase and store large volumes of stock.
How can I be sure of receiving delivery on time?
We have built robust systems over the course of 47 years which use a network of couriers across a range of delivery services. This enables us to offer excellent coverage nationally and internationally whilst ensuring we have multiple routes through which we can meet the delivery requirements of our customers.
What tools are available to help manage my account online?
We have created a suite of tools to help customers find information, plan projects and manage their purchases. This includes being able to create sub-accounts to allow colleague collboration with defined permissions as appropriate for the roles within their business. Users can create multiple wishlist's to organise individual projects or make regular purchasing quicker and easier.
