Arranging the return of goods to Videk

We understand that there can sometimes be problems and there may be an occasion when you need to return something to us.

Our goods return form and terms and conditions can be accessed using the buttons below. If you need to request a return, please add the required information and e-mail the completed form to sales@videk.co.uk to submit your request. Our dedicated team are available to help with any questions.

Can I return an incorrectly ordered item?
Yes, if the item is a standard stock line which has not been opened and used, a return should be possible. Our customer service team will review the request once submitted and provide a RMA reference if approved.
Does Videk charge re-stocking fees?
We understand mistakes happen and although re-stocking fees may sometimes be unavoidable, we will always try to minimise the costs incurred should a return be necessary.
What is the return address to use once a return is approved?
Once approved, goods should be returned to the following address using suitable packaging and showing the RMA number provided. Videk Ltd Kingsbury Trading Estate Kingsbury Road London NW9 8RW
How long will it take for a credit to be provided?
Returned goods are typically inspected and credited on the same day they are received. If there are any queries with the goods our team will contact you to discuss how these can be resolved.
